Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a hot water pipe and a protective pipe from deforming and eliminate the need to re-shape them by a method wherein the hot water pipe is cut in the straight part near the folding section of the hot water pipe and the protective pipe is fitted onto the hot water pipes and shifted to the folding section and, after that, the cut pipes are connected by a connector. CONSTITUTION:The floor heating panel 1 consists of a plurality of radiator plates 1a and 1b foldably connected at a connecting part 1c. The flexible hot water pipe 2 is arranged onto the radiator plates 1a and 1b continuously in zigzags. The part, at which the hot water pipes 2 intersect the connecting part 1c, is folded as a folding section 2a. Furthermore, the flexible protective pipe 3 is fitted so as to cover the intersection of the folding section 2a and the connecting part 1c. In this case, the hot water pipe 2 is cut in the straight part 2c near the folding section 2a. The protective pipe 3 is fitted onto a cut part 2d and the hot water pipe and shifted to the folding section 2a and yet the cut part 2d is connected by a connector 4 and, after that, the hot water pipe 2 is mounted to the radiator plates 1a and 1b.
