Claims (1)
て被検定器の出力を評価し得るようにした校正器と、前
記加圧器と前記被検定器および校正器との間をそれぞれ
連結し前記微小圧を封じ込める導圧管とを有する微小圧
校正装置においで、一端が前記導圧管または加圧器に接
続され他端が大気へ開放され前記導圧管または加圧器側
と大気との間に液体を収容し温度変化による前記微小圧
の変動を吸収し得るＵ字管を備えたことを特徴とする微
