々を位相のずれた複数の基準交流信号によって個別に励
磁し、これにより前記基準交流信号を前記コア部の直線
位置に応じて位相シフトした出力信号を前記2次コイル
に生ぜし、めるようにしたことを特徴とする位相シフト
型直線位置検出装置。 2 前記コア部における前記各コアは、前記1次及び2
次コイルを通る磁路のリラクタンスを該コアの直線位置
に応じて変化させるよう所定の長さをもち、かつ、前記
各1次コイルに対応するリラクタンスの変化の位相が互
いに所定位相だけずれるような配置で前記各1次コイル
が配設されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
