For example, camouflage in the Arctic Circle is based on white, and in forest environments, dark edges, yellow, etc. are used to hide certain objects, and in areas where the main body of land is exposed, dark brown is used. A common camouflage color tone is black and white.

In recent years, the technology for making such camouflage has made considerable progress, but the technology for detecting camouflage objects has also made considerable progress, and with the development of remote sensitive computers, traditional camouflage is no longer easy to detect. It's starting to get overlooked. For example, in order to hide military objects in traditionally green forest areas, woven cloth, plastic sheets, etc. are colored dark green with dyes and pigments, and the object is covered with the colored cloth or L sheet to serve as camouflage material. However, when looking at such camouflage materials with the naked eye, it is almost impossible to distinguish them from forest areas, but they are made of colored cloth or colored fabric that has been colored to the same tone as the green leaves using green leaves and copper phthalocyanine pigments or yellow lead pigments. If we compare the spectral reflectance of the sheet with m constant, it will look like the gi diagram, and the spectral reflectance curve B of the green leaf is different from the spectral reflectance curve B of the colored film with copper lid, p-cyanine blue, and yellow lead. Since the reflectance at distances beyond 700 mm differs greatly, the WIl side can easily identify camouflage objects by recording them with a measuring device that can detect the reflectance characteristics in the infrared region near 700 m to 800 m. It had

The inventors of the present invention have conducted various research on V, a camouflage coloring agent that is effective in hiding certain objects from infrared remote sensing and infrared detectors, especially in forested environments.
In particular, the spectral reflectance of a plastic sheet that has been colored using green and blue inorganic fired pigments is 611.
As a result, they found that a curve almost similar to the spectral reflectance of green leaves of plants was obtained, and they developed a camouflage pigment composition (
A patent application (Japanese Patent Application No. 56-209308) has already been filed. However, when a camouflage sheet with a camouflage pattern formed using the above-mentioned green and blue inorganic baked pigments is photographed using infrared film, the green color appears whitish, similar to the part of the green leaf that is hit by the light. Because the shadows of the leaves appear black, they stand out as white objects. For example, as shown in Figure 2, if a sheet with a green camouflage applied using green thread and blue inorganic fired pigment is placed in front of a bush with green leaves and an infrared photograph is taken, only that part of the sheet will be visible. Uniformly white is there to be photographed, IoJ

As a result of conducting various researches to eliminate such defects, the inventor of the present invention has developed a color pattern processing method using green and blue inorganic fired #I pigments or a coloring agent blended with other yellow pigments. A color pattern is further applied to the applied sheets, buildings, etc. using colorant B, which is a mixture of green and blue organic pigments alone or with other yellow type 1lii pigments, to create a lucid green camouflage pattern as a whole. The present invention was achieved based on the finding that when the sheets and the like are photographed using an infrared film, a pattern created by dyeing can be obtained.

In the present invention, examples of the substrate to which a camouflage pattern is applied using the colorants A and 1 include polyamide yarn, polyester yarn, acrylic yarn, acetate polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyamide film, polyvinyl chloride film, polyvinylidene chloride film, A method for applying a camouflage pattern to polyethylene terephthalate films, flexible and hard sheets, non-woven fabrics, L plastic films, etc. In the case of non-woven fabrics, first add colorant M and colorant B to a binder such as acrylic. An oil-based or water-based paint using a colorant B mixed with a resin or a polyurethane resin cape, and an oil-based or water-based paint using a colorant B are prepared, respectively, and then the paint using the colorant B is prepared. A predetermined pattern is drawn on a woven cloth, and a predetermined pattern is further drawn on the woven cloth with paint using colorant B to obtain a camouflage sheet.

That is, the colorants M and B are separately blended into plastic, stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants, etc. are blended into the plastic as necessary, and the mixture is extruded by a T-die method, an inflation method, or by a calendar method. A car in which the colored film or sheet is cut into a predetermined shape and bonded together by a conventional method such as making into a film.
A camouflage sheet with a camouflage pattern is obtained by pasting it on rope or cloth. (2) A camouflage sheet is obtained by printing or coating a predetermined pattern on the surface of a plastic film produced by an appropriate method using a printing ink or paint containing the colorants M and B. As the binder used in this ink or paint, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, etc., which have good adhesiveness to plastic films, are preferable.

In the present invention, when a color pattern is imparted using a paint and printing ink containing colorant A and a one-part component and printing ink containing colorant B, the paint and printing ink containing colorant B are first applied to a substrate such as cloth. In the present invention, in addition to the color pattern processing method on the substrate using the above-mentioned base agents A and B, red oxide is used as the main component. A color pattern is also formed using a colorant (C).When a camouflage material further processed with a color pattern using a colorant C in this way is photographed with an infrared film, the colorant C is clearly visible. It is even more preferable because the part becomes a half tone between white and black.
