Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 位置決め部材を直交する２方向に移動させて所定位置に
    位置決めする装置において、ガイド部材に案内されて直
    線移動する摺動部材と、該摺動部材に設けられた第１の
    ピンと、該第１のピンにその中間部が枢支された第１の
    リンクおよびその一端が枢支された第２のリンクと、前
    記摺動部材に設けられた駆動装置によって摺動部材の移
    動方向と平行に駆動されその移動方向に沿った長孔を有
    するガイドプレートと、摺動部材上に設けられた第２の
    ピンとを設け、第２のピンにガイドプレートの長孔を嵌
    合するとともに第２のリンクの他端を枢支し、第１のリ
    ンクの一端を位置決め部材に、他端をガイドプレートに
    枢支してなることを特徴とする位置決め装置。
