    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 移動体と地上間の情報の伝送を光により行うものにおい
    て、前記移動体の移動方向にほぼ直交するよう地上に設
    置した発光素子の照射範囲に、前記移動体の受光素子が
    位置するように前記移動体を停止する手段、および前記
    移動体に設けた発光素子とこれに対向する地上の受光素
    子を有し、前記移動体が前記照射範囲に在線する場合に
    前記移動体と地上間で光空間伝送を行うように構成した
    ことを特徴とする移動体の光空間伝送装置。
