Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it easy to assemble the titled ventilating device and to prevent noises by a method wherein the body of the ventilating device is divided into a vaporization chamber and a condensing chamber by means of a partition plate, both of the chambers are made to communicate with each other through a ventilating port, while an air channel section and a blowout section are attahced to the partition plate and a slide type exhaust door is arraned at the ventilating port. CONSTITUTION:The partition plate 2 is provided on a base plate 1 so that the body of the air conditioner is divided into an indoor section and an outdoor section, both sections are made to communicate with each other through the partitioning ventilating port 10 and the air channel section 3 made of synthetic resin material and the blowout section 4 are attached to the partition plate 2. Further, the slide type ventilating door 11 is attached to the ventilating port 10 formed on the surface of the partitioning plate 2 on the side of the blowout section 4. With the above structure, the ventilating door 11 is opened and closed to adjust the opening degree of the ventilating port 10 by the operation of a wire 14 so that air sucked by a silocco fan is introduced into an evaporator in the outdoor section for the exchange of heat and is blown out into the room through the blowout port 4 and the ventilating port 10. Thus, since the ventilating door 11 slides in a slide groove, it does not project into the ventilating passage when it is opened and closed and it is possible to prevent noises due to the ventilation. Further, the ventilating device can be assembled easily.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a partition plate on the board of the air conditioner main body, and attaches a resin wind body and a resin blow-off part to this partition plate, thereby dividing the inside of the main body into an evaporation chamber and a condensation chamber. This relates to a ventilation system for an integrated air conditioner that is divided into two sections, in which an exhaust port is formed in the section between the evaporation chamber and the condensation chamber of the wind trunk or blow-off section, and a ventilation door that slides over the exhaust port. One of the purposes is to improve ventilation performance by making it possible to open and close it.

As shown in Fig. 10, a ventilation hole B2 is formed in the dividing area a between the evaporation chamber and the condensation chamber, one end of the ventilation door C is fixed around the ventilation hole by screwing or welding, and the ventilation door It had a structure that opened and closed C.

However, with this structure, the ventilation door C protrudes into the ventilation circuit when opened, which creates ventilation resistance.

This has the drawback of generating turbulent flow in the ventilation circuit and increasing noise. In addition, since it is a one-turn type, the opening and closing of the ventilation door C can be finely adjusted, including whether the ventilation door C is completely blocked.
This had to be confirmed for each unit, and the position of the hook between the wire d and the ventilation door C required adjustment, or the routing of the wire d had to be adjusted, resulting in poor assembly work efficiency.

本発明は、上記従来の欠点を解消するものである。The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.

is provided. On the indoor side of the partition plate 20, a plurality of slit grooves 2& are formed in front of the sirocco fan 6, and a plate 71L forming a suction lower is attached. Reference numeral 8 denotes an evaporator installed in front of the suction lower, and a cover 9 is provided on the top surface of the evaporator. Therefore, the outside air sucked in by the sirocco fan 6 undergoes heat exchange in the evaporator 8, is collected at the suction lower, and is blown out through the wind body 3 and out of the blowout section 4. Here, the description of the outdoor side will be omitted because it is not the gist of the present invention. Reference numeral 10 denotes a ventilation port formed in the indoor and outdoor partitions of the blow-off section 4;
A groove 12 is formed around the ventilation door 11 so that the ventilation door 11 can be slid open and closed. A ventilation adjustment protrusion 16 having a hole 16 for hooking the wire 14 of the ventilation tube 13 is formed on the upper surface of the ventilation door 11. The ventilation door 11 is inserted into a groove 12 provided around the ventilation opening 10 and slides along this groove.

Open and close the ventilation port 10. Furthermore, a guard 18 is integrally formed around the periphery of the ventilation door 11 and is formed so as to be slightly inclined toward the Suita section 40 section side.
1, the groove 12 and the ventilation door 11 are inserted into the groove 12.
This improves the prevention of rattling and the sealing effect with the ventilation opening 16. Moreover, this guard 18 secures the dimension a of the groove 12 in the closing direction of the groove 12 formed around the ventilation opening 1o when the ventilation door 11 is closed due to the elongation action caused by its flexible deformation. Even if the insufficient dimension of the fixed position of 11 is triggered, it acts without creating a gap between the ventilation port 1o and the ventilation door 11.

By inserting the wire into the groove 12 of the ventilation opening 1o, hooking the tip of the wire 14, and connecting the other end of the wire 14 to a conventionally known drive device, the ventilation door 11 can be slid open and closed.

Since the amount can be absorbed by the flexible extension dimension, there is no gap between the ventilation port 1o and the ventilation door 11, and there is no need to make fine adjustments between the ventilation door 11 and the wire 14 as in the conventional case.
