Abstract

PURPOSE:To contemplate the improvement of sound isolation and lightweight by bonding a mild steel plate and a coated steel plate with a resin layer into three-layered structure. CONSTITUTION:The titled steel plate comprising the three-layered structure of a mild steel plate 1, a coated steel plate 2, e.g. prepared by coating a mild steel plate with zinc or tin, and a resin layer 3 (e.g. polyethylene or ADS resin) interposed therebetween. This composite steel plate is improved in sound isolation, since vibration transmitting through the steel plate is absorbed by the resin layer 3. In addition, its specific gravity as a whole is made small because of the presence of the resin layer 3 having small specific gravity.

用し1両者を樹脂層で接合する三層構造とすることによ
り達成される。即ち1本発明の複合片面メッキ鋼板は樹
脂層と該樹脂層の一面に張り合わされた普通鋼板と、該
樹脂層の他面に張り合わされたメッキ鋼板とより成るこ
とを特徴とするものである。

板の比重が小さくできる。従ってすぐれた吸音特性と軽
蟲化が可能となる。以下実施例により説明する。

ッキ層21の面を有する。従ってこの複合片面メッキ鋼
板の鋼板面は通常の普通鋼板と同一の性能を有し、塗装
性、成形性等について通常の普通鋼板と同一である。又
、当然のことながらメッキ層も通常のメッキ鋼板と同一
の品質を有する。さらに中間層に、樹脂層3を介在して
いるため、この鋼板に伝搬する振動は効果的に吸収され
、制振特性を有する。
