The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a packing band made of thermoplastic synthetic resin that prevents such peeling of printing ink, and the object of the present invention is to provide a packing band made of thermoplastic synthetic resin having a flat surface. First, the pitch on the rotating surface is 1/
Pressure is applied with a pair of rollers having a large number of small unevenness of 50 to 1 mm to form small unevenness, secondly, the band is printed, and thirdly, the pitch of the band is the same as that of the first roller. The unevenness is formed by a pair of rollers having unevenness of 1 to 3 mm, which is slightly smaller than the unevenness.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 shows the process of the present invention, in which the band sent out from the supply section 1 is first textured by the first stage texture roller 2, and then printed. It is printed by a machine 8, passed through a dryer 4, and then embossed by a second stage embossed roller 5.

Since a well-known technique is used until the band is supplied, illustrations are omitted, but to give an overview, first a band-shaped thermoplastic synthetic resin is formed using an extrusion molding machine, and then it is passed through a cooling device such as a cold water tank. The water is then drained and the material is transferred to a primary take-up device consisting of multiple rollers.

The first stage grain roller 2 is a pair of rollers on which small irregularities with a fine pitch P of 1/50 to 1 are engraved. The shape of the small irregularities may be regular or irregular. , Fig. 2 a'' to e are suitable for manufacturing rollers and equalizing the strength of the band.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the flat surface of the band is first embossed with a fine grain size of 1/50 to 1 mm before printing, the printing ink firmly adheres to the small recesses formed by this embossment. However, since the ink in the small convex portions has a small pitch between concave and convex portions, a tensile force due to viscosity acts between the ink in the small concave portions, so even if friction occurs in the small convex portions, the risk of peeling is small and the second grain is The ink does not peel off during the transportation process up to the application process and the second texturing process.

Because the band is subjected to double texturing: fine texturing before printing and final texturing after printing, the molecular composition of the band, which is aligned in the length direction due to stretching, is completely disturbed.

従って、バンドが縦方向に割れるのを防止できる。Therefore, it is possible to prevent the band from cracking in the longitudinal direction.

Since the embossment is performed in a double manner in this way, sawtooth-like irregularities do not occur on both longitudinal edges of the band.

In addition, small concave portions 8 and small convex portions 9 obtained in the first texturing step are left in the convex portion 7 obtained in the second texturing step shown in FIG. Therefore, even if the convex portion 7 in the second texturing process is rubbed, the ink does not peel off, and the peeling of the printing ink due to the use of the band has almost disappeared.

Furthermore, according to the method of the present invention, a band with a completely different feeling from conventional ones was obtained, and the band was durable in terms of appearance.
