Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) In a cleaning device that uses a fur brush to remove and collect magnetic developer remaining on an image carrier,
a developer releasing means for releasing developer from the fur brush; a developer collecting container disposed to surround at least a portion of the fur brush; and forming a magnetic field near the fur brush in the developer collecting container. A developer recovery device for a copying machine, comprising: a magnetic field forming member provided on the outer periphery of the developer recovery container.

(2) The developer recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic field forming member is a magnet.

(3) The developer recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic field forming member comprises a magnet and a magnetic body disposed in contact with the magnet.

(4) The developer recovery device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the developer recovery container is removable.
