吹出部を取り付け、前記ブロアの吐出口から吐出される
空気の一部または全部を前記空気吹出部の内部に導入す
る空気の流路を設け、前記空気吹出部の吹出口から前記
研削台の上面近傍に向けて空気が射出されるようにした
