It is made of a synthetic resin with heat insulating properties, and a cylindrical part 2 made of metal is fixed to the end thereof. The inside of the tip of this cylindrical part 2 has a conical slope part 3, and inside the space surrounded by this slope part 3 and the cylindrical part 2, there is a heater H for heating the tip.・It is fixedly installed. Further, a chuck 4 is disposed within a space surrounded by this conical inclined portion 3. This chuck 4 is fixed to a pressing member 5 inserted through a hollow portion provided in the gripping portion l, and the end of the pressing member 5 protrudes from the end of the gripping portion 1 as a knob 6. let A portion 5-1 of this pressing member 5 is configured to have a small diameter, and a locking portion 7 is provided at the end in contact with the cylindrical portion 2 in the gripping portion 1 to form a space. A spring 8 is provided in this space to always bias the inclined portion 4-1 of the chuck 4 in the direction in which it comes into contact with the inclined portion 3 (in the direction in which the knob 6 comes out from the grip portion 1).

。Therefore, when the knob 6 is pressed in the direction of arrow P against the spring 8, the chuck 4 is pushed to the left, protrudes 5 from the cylindrical portion 2, and the notch 9 widens. Therefore, in such a state, the bit (
When the soldering iron tip) 10 is inserted into the notch 9 and the force applied to the knob 6 is then removed, the chuck 4 moves to the right by the force of the spring 8, and the soldering iron tip) 10 can be fixed at the notch 9. Wear. In order to ensure such fixation, it is preferable that the central part 11 of the cylindrical bit 10 made of metal such as copper is formed in a triangular shape with a cross section corresponding to the notch 9. 10 has different diameters at both ends, so as shown in Figures 1 and 2, remove the fixed bit with the thick tip exposed and change the direction 180°. By fixing it in place, you can also fix it so that the thin tip is exposed.

2, and one end of the fixing part 12 is straight, IIDI cylindrical (
However, the tip is cut off diagonally), and the other end is formed into a cylindrical shape with a diameter D2 (Di>D2) (however, the tip is cut off diagonally).

。The shape of the knob 6 is, as shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b, a part of a cylinder with a collar 6-1 having a length di (when the length of the knob is d2, di<d2), and At the end of the hollow part provided in the grip part 1, a flange-shaped hollow part 1-1 is provided which is larger in circumference than the flange 6-1. Therefore, the knob 6 can be moved in the direction of the arrow P only when the directions of the brim 6-1 and the brim-shaped hollow portion match (and only when the state shown in FIG. 1 is present). After replacing the iron tip, turn knob 6.
By rotating the knob so that the direction of the flange 6-1 does not match the direction of the flange-shaped hollow part 1-1, the tip will not come off even if you press the knob 6 carelessly. It's something that doesn't exist.

This figure shows a circuit for switching the heating state of the iron tip. That is, one end HTI of the heater H is connected to the contact TI,
T2, and connect the other end HT2 of heater H to contact T3.
The tap point HT3 provided in the middle of the heater H is connected to the contact T4. One end of the sprag P is a contact T5. T6, and the other end is connected to contact T7. Connect to T8. Such contacts are T4 and TI, TI and T5 . T2 and T6 and T3 and T8 are fixed to the inner wall of the hollow part of the grip part 1 so that they are adjacent to each other. Contact pieces Ll and L2 are fixed to the outer periphery of the pressing member 5, and when the knob 6 is rotated and the collar 6-1 faces to the left in the figure, the contact pieces Ll and L2 connect terminals T4, TI, and Tl. T
5, and when the knob 6 is rotated so that the collar 6-1 faces to the right in FIG. Then, T3 and T8 are short-circuited. With this configuration, the amount of heat generated can be switched so that when the iron tip is thin, the heater generates a small amount of heat, and when the iron tip is thick, the heater generates a large amount of heat. It is.
