PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance oil-supplying performance, by a method wherein a sheet form elastic body provided with a narrow groove at a central part thereof is inserted into the inside of a tapered trunk part of an oil-supplying piece, is located at a position below branchial parts of the piece, is closely fixed at the position by an elastic force, and the piece is fitted to the tip of a shaft.
