The case 1 has a cylindrical shape with a bottom and has an exhaust gas inlet 1a at the center of the bottom and an outlet 1b on one side. A vibrator 1c is formed at the axis of the case 1 and communicates with the inlet 1a. A cavity 1 is formed around the vibe IC and communicates with the outlet 1b.A filter element 2
The filter element 2 is made of a porous body, such as a punched metal 011 body 2a, and a system member 2b wound around it.The filter element 2 is disposed around the vibrator 1c coaxially therewith. There is a gap @1d between the filter element 2 and the pipe IC, and a gap 1e between the inner peripheral surface of the nurse.
During this time, @1e and the outlet port 1b communicate with each other.

A cap 3 is screwed onto the upper end of the case 1, and the filter element 2 is fastened and fixed between the cap 3 and the bottom surface 1f of the case. 4 is an O-ring that forms a seal between the cap 3 and the upper end surface of the case 1. The inlet port 1a is connected to a gas extraction pipe (not shown) for extracting exhaust gas for analysis from the internal combustion engine, and the outlet port 1b is connected to a delivery vibe (not shown) K for sending exhaust gas to an analyzer. The exhaust gas flows from the inlet 1a through the filter element 2 to the outlet 1b as shown by the arrow in the figure.

FIGS. 6 and 7 show another conventional example, in which seven flange 1h are formed on the outer periphery of the upper end of case 1, and a notch 1j is provided at a position opposite to the flange in the radial direction. The five-piece arm has a protrusion 5a projecting inwardly formed at its lower end, which is inserted into the notch 1j from above to form the arm 6.
By rotating it, it engages with the lower surface of the 7-lunge 1h. A pin 6 is loosely fitted into the upper surface of the arm, and the lower end is screwed to the cap 3. Further, a bolt 7 is threaded through the arm 5 and its lower end abuts against the cap 3.

When replacing filter element 2, use arm 5.
Hold with one hand and loosen the port 7, then rotate the arm 5 and remove the protrusion 5 of the arm 5 from the notch 1j of the 7 flange 1h.
Remove a and remove the cap 3 together with the arm 5. However, even with this filter holder, you must use both hands to operate it! There is no need for any tools to install or remove Porto 7. Although there is a version in which the bolt 7 is shaped like a handle so that no tools are required, both hands must be used for operation, and the tightening pressure is also applied by hand, resulting in variations.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a filter holder in which the cap can be easily attached and removed with one hand, and the cap pressing force is always constant. In this case, a handle member is provided on the arm as in the other embodiments mentioned above, and the pressing of the cap is performed by a spring member installed between the cap and the arm, and the removal of the cap is performed using the handle member that is engaged with the case. The above object is achieved by having a structure in which the wooden member is compressed and rotated to release the engagement.Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. The following will focus on the differences from the above conventional example.

This engaging member 8 is formed with a groove 8a that is open on the inside and on one of the circumferential ends. Each protrusion 5& of the arm 5 is formed into the groove 8a by rotating the arm 5 clockwise in FIG.
It is stopped by being inserted into the 1ijsa, and is removed from the 1ijsa by rotating counterclockwise. The structure of the case 1 and the housing structure of the filter element 2 are practically the same as those of the conventional example.

A handle member 9 for rotating the arm 5 is provided at the upper part of the arm 5. A hole 5b is provided at the center of the top of the arm 5.
A pin 10 is pushed through this so that it can move up and down relative to the arm 5, and the lower end of the pin 10 is screwed to the cap 3. The pin 10 protrudes above the arm 5 and has a large diameter head 'LOa' at the upper end. A coiled spring member 11 is provided between the cap 3 and the arm 5 in place of the pin 104, so that the cap 3 and the arm 5 are biased away from each other.

When replacing the filter element 2, grip the handle member 9 and push it downward while rotating it together with the arm 5 in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. 2. The protrusion 5a of the arm 5
is removed from the groove 8a of the engaging member 8, and the cap 3 is removed from the arm 5.
and is separated from the case 1 together with the handle member 9.

To attach the cap 3 to the case 1 after replacing the filter element, press the handle member 9 to press the cap 3 against the case 1 and the element 2, and in this state, use the handle member 9 to rotate the arm 5 in the clockwise direction in Fig. 2. Then, the protrusion 5a of the arm 5 is engaged with the engagement member of the case 1. As a result, the upward movement of the arm 5 is restricted, and the spring member 5 of the cap 3 presses the element 2.

The engagement structure between the protrusion 5a of the arm 5 and the case 1 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but may have other structures. For example, as in another example shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the 7 flange 1h of the case l has a notch 1j through which the protrusion 5a of the arm 5 is inserted, and a stepped portion that locks the inserted protrusion 5a. 1 is provided. The rest of the structure of this embodiment is substantially identical to the previous embodiment.

As explained above, according to the filter holder of the present invention, the handle member attached to the arm is pushed with one hand to press the cap against the case and the filter element housed therein via the spring member, and in this state, the handle is moved simultaneously. This allows the cap to be attached to the case while pressing the filter element. Further, when replacing the filter element, the cap can be removed from the case by simply rotating the handle member while holding it down, and the cap can be easily replaced without requiring any tools for removal. Further, since the pressing force of the cap is applied by the spring member, the pressing force is always constant, and there is no variation in the pressing force each time as in the case of a tightening type cap.
