Claims

A plurality of electrodes, including a cylindrical electrode in which the other ends of a pair of metal cylindrical bodies each having an inner curl part formed at one end, face each other and are concentrically integrated to form inner curl parts at both ends, are arranged in a straight line at a predetermined interval. 1.
