周波数の信号を入力し、前記基準の周波数の信号が入力
した場合にはそのまま出力し、前記所定の周波数の信号
が入力した場合には前記基準の周波数に周波数を変換し
て出力する周波数コンバータと、 該周波数コンバータの入力信号のバイパス路に設けられ
、該バイパス路を遮断または接続するよう側御するスイ
ッチング回路と、 前記基準の周波数と前記所定の周波数の信号のみを取り
出すフィルタ一手段と、 該フィルタ一手段の出力信号を所定のレベルに増幅する
増幅回路と、 該増幅回路で増幅された信号のピーク値のみを取り出す
ピーク整流回路と、 該ピーク整流回路が信号を出力しているときは前記周波
数コンバータに電源電圧を供給して動作状態にすると共
に前記スイッチング回路をオフ状態にし、信号を出力し
ていないときは前記周波数コンバータへの電源電圧の供
給を遮断して不作動にすると共に前記スイッチング回路
をオン状態にする′制御回路とからなる周波数コンバー
