Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) An optical fiber system that applies tension to the optical fiber by hanging the optical fiber around a pair of capstans that are rotatable around a fixed axis, and by hooking and rotating a tension reel around the optical fiber between the two capstans. The screening device has a holding mechanism that presses the optical fiber against the capstan, and further has a fulcrum between both ends of a lever, one end of which is rotatably attached to the center of the tension reel, in any vertical direction of the guide rail.
