Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce vibration sound in an attachment for a blower motor equipped in an automobile air-conditioning system, by securing a seal member having a fitting groove at its outer peripheral edge, to the outer periphery of a motor housing, and by securing this seal member to a blower case. CONSTITUTION:A tumbler shape seal rubber 10 is secured to the outer periphery of a motor housing 1, and is formed, at its outer periphery, with a fitting groove 12 having the same diameter and shape as those of a tumbler shape opening 11, so that the opening edge 13 of the opening 11 is closely fitted in the fitting groove 12. With this arrangement, a motor housing 1 for a blower motor BM is supported and secured simply by fitting the opening edge 13 of the blower casing 5 into the fitting groove 12 of the seal rubber 10, and therefore, screwing or the like may be eliminated, and as well rotational vibration may be dampened.

Description

となって車室内へと漏入してしまうという不具合を有す
る他、ブラケット7面積が大きいのでシールバッキング
9を多く必要とし、しかもビス8の締付トルクも大きい
ため、組付作業が煩雑かつコスト高となる等の不具合を
も有していた。

状に補強用リフ14が突設されており、プロ7ケース5
のプロワモータ取付面5aが振動しないよう補強されて
いる。

ース5の開口*13に密に嵌合するのでシール性能も向
上できる。
