記ハブ軸に回転自由に支持する回転部材に、周方向に複
数の着磁部分をもつリング状のマグネット体を設けると
共に、該マグネット体において周方向に隣接する着磁部
分の磁極を異極とし、前記リードスイッチを異極間の磁
界内に出入するごとく配置するごとくしたことを特徴と
