Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A bumper structure for an automobile having a synthetic resin bumper cover integrally formed with at least one rib extending in the longitudinal direction protruding from the rear surface side and sandwiched between metal reinforcing pieces.

(2) The bumper structure for an automobile according to claim 1, wherein the rib is formed in a non-supporting portion of the bumper cover at the lower part of the bumper reinforcement that supports the bumper cover.
