A center electrode pipe with a small-diameter air introduction passage that connects the inside and outside of the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, and a check valve at the upper end of the pipe that introduces air and prevents gas from flowing back to the outside. At the same time, the (+) center electrode is integrated with an inlet that allows adjusting the amount of air introduced, and the (+) center electrode is fixed to an insulator that can be safely diagonally cut from the (-) electrode, and these are attached to the engine head. It is fixed to the (-) electrode fitting to be attached and integrated, and is a plug that eliminates incomplete combustion by causing a continuous combustion ignition action in the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine cylinder. It is a continuous combustion spark plug fitted with a filter device to purify the incoming air. The unique feature is that by moving the preparation valve installed at the inlet at the top of the check valve box up and down, the opening and closing times of the check valve ball can be varied.
