Claims (1)
ノイドに吸引されて摺動する摺動体を設け、この摺動体
に連結具を介して開口部を開閉する開閉蓋を連結したダ
ンパー装置に於いて、上記電磁シリンダー内の適数個の
ソレノイドに通電することにより開閉蓋の開成位置を段
階的に可変する構成となすと共に、上記開口部の開口面
積が所定の開口面積となった時に上記電磁シリンダー内
のソレノイドへの通電を遮断し開閉蓋の開成位置を機械
的保持手段によって開成保持するようにした事を特徴と
