    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内に２系統の液圧を個別に発生するプライマリ
    ピストンとセコンダリピストンを摺動自在に設け、減圧
    時にプライマリピストンとの機械的連結によりセコンダ
    リピストンを初期位置に復帰させる構造のマスクシリン
    ダに於いて、一端をプライマリピストンに当接し他端を
    セコンダリピストンに挿入して当接したスプリングと、
    該スプリングが当接するプライマリピストンの反対側に
    形成した大径部に一端を当接し他端をシリンダ段部に当
    接したリターンスプリングとを有スることを特徴とする
    マスクシリンダ。
