ラにのせない状態でローラを動力計により回転させ、主
ローラとアイドルローラの間にシリンダーの先端に装備
したタイヤを上方向に作動させ、主ローラからタイヤを
介しアイドルローラを回転させて機械ロスを安定させる
ようにしたことを特徴としたシャシ−ダイナモメータ用
