軸方向に配置されたバイパス配管と、該バイパス配管と
前記流体計測配管との間に形成される環状流路と、前記
バイパス配管に支承され、該環状流路内で回転自在とさ
れた羽根車と、前記環状流路と前記バイパス配管とによ
る流体の流量比を所定の値に設定すべく、前記バイパス
配管の上流側から前記環状流路側に貫通する複数の小孔
を整列配置した分流比設定用オリフィス板とより構成し
