Claims (1)
軸に伝達する歯車装置と、前記出力軸の位置を検出する
位置検出装置とがケース内に収納されたモータアクチュ
エータにおいて、前記歯車装置をモータの回転軸に固装
されたウオームと、このウオームが噛み合うウオームホ
イ・−ル部を外周にもつ円筒状の中間歯車と−から構成
し、この中間歯車は回転自在で且つ長手方向の移動が阻
止されるように前記ケースに支持され、この中間歯車の
内面に形成の雌ねじ部に前記出力軸の外周面に形成の雄
ねじ部を噛み合わせて該中間歯車と出力軸とを連結し、
この出力軸はケースに摺動自在で且つ回転を阻止するよ
うに支持する回止め部を有し、さらに前記出力軸の雄ね
じ部に噛み合う位置検出用歯車を設け、この位置検出用
歯車と前記ケースとの間に前記位置検出装置を設けたこ
