[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is a counter (laminated board) that is pasted on the surface of a washbasin, etc.
Or, it relates to the tabletop used as the top of a dining table or kotatsu board.

This type of counter and table top is mainly made by laminating melamine resin, polyester resin, and other thermosetting resin decorative boards on wooden boards, which have good heat and water resistance against contact with heat and water that may occur. It has been used overwhelmingly.

By the way, most of the counters and table tops use exposed sides of the board, and if only the decorative board is used as a top plate, there is no heat-resistant or water-resistant cover for these exposed sides, so it is usually not used. Traditionally, flat plate members for the decorative laminate for the side surfaces were prepared and pasted together, or frames made of plastic or metal strips were attached to the side edges, but with the pasting method, the decorative laminates could be attached to each other. A gap is likely to form where the decorative board as the top plate and the decorative board as the side cover butt, and the wooden board may swell due to moisture absorption and water seepage, or the adhesive surface of the decorative board may partially peel off due to the blistering. This often caused so-called curling or warping.

On the other hand, although the frame-mounted type has generally good side cover protection, it has a large number of parts and requires a large number of processing steps. Laminating the body decorative laminate in a later process increases the production cycle of the decorative laminate, which is not desirable from the manufacturer's perspective.

Therefore, post-form processing has been achieved to the extent that the decorative laminate itself is given bending properties, and as much as possible, a part of the decorative laminate that makes up the top plate is bent to extend to the sides. However, there is still no definitive solution, and even if one were developed, the fundamental method of laminating these bent decorative boards onto wood boards would not be omitted.

This invention is an improvement on the above points, and to briefly explain its noteworthy points, the thermosetting surface resin layer containing the pattern is formed at the same time as the inorganic substrate that is to be the core plate is molded. Molding on the substrate - A single heat-pressing molding process is all that is needed.Next, this resin layer can be bent at right angles to the substrate, or even at an acute angle in some cases, so that it forms at least two sides of the top surface of the substrate. Since three sides including the side surfaces can be simultaneously crimped and integrated, by selecting an appropriate molding method, there is no need for any bonding work on the side surfaces of the substrate. A substrate covered with a resin layer can be sufficiently prevented from being destroyed by contact with or intrusion from heat, water, moisture, or chemicals.

The structure of the surface resin layer 2 is the same as the laminated structure of a conventionally used thermosetting resin decorative board, for example, a resin decorative layer such as Decora (trade name) or Springite.

In addition, the table top shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 has a top surface S1 and both sides S2. S3, anteroposterior S4. Although S5 is shown as having almost right-angled bent portions over five sides, the number of bent portions of the surface resin layer in the illustrated counter and table top is merely listed as a layer, and at least A right-angled bend extending over one or more sides of 1;
In other words, a case where there is only one minimum bending part is also included in this invention.

By the way, in the case of the prior art, as already mentioned, the thermosetting resin that forms the surface resin layer itself is modified to give bending properties, and the resin layer member that has been laminated by heat and pressure is bent by boss forming. Since it is bonded to a substrate, it has not been possible to achieve a satisfactory layered bending range, and the bending process and Lamiho 1~ process are separate, and the manufacturing cycle is complicated because it also includes a bonding process. In particular, in many cases, such as the example shown in the illustration, a separate resin layer member (flat plate) must be attached to the surface of the object that has a right-angled bend, and the drawbacks caused by this are as described above. .

However, according to this invention, in order to use an inorganic material with good moldability using a thermosetting resin as a binder without using a rigid wooden board as the substrate 1, the surface resin layer 2 is bent as described below. The processing is carried out simultaneously with the molding of the substrate 1, the surface smoothness is significantly improved, and the binder of the substrate 1 and the resin layer 2 are compatible and form a strong adhesive interface. According to this invention, it is extremely effective to simultaneously mold a large number of bent portions as illustrated.

First, as shown in Figure A, an overlayer 210 impregnated and dried with a thermosetting resin liquid such as melamine resin was laid along the inner surface of the female mold 4 having a cavity 41 with a U-shaped cross section, and the same resin was impregnated and dried on top of the overlayer 210. Next, an inorganic material 10 containing a thermosetting resin binder such as a phenolic resin is added thereto, a base material such as crushed agarite, silica sand, a filler such as calcium carbonate or calcium silicate, and fiber reinforcement such as glass fiber. Filled with chips and heated to a temperature of 110 to 200 depending on the male mold 5.
℃ and a pressure of 30 to 150 kg/cm2 for several minutes, as shown in FIG. becomes the substrate 1, but in this case, the resin layer 2 is bent along the four orthogonal curved surfaces of the cavity 41, simultaneously stretched upward, and pressed onto the substrate 1. Regarding the product taken out from the mold 4, the resin layer 2' extending upward due to the thickness of the substrate 1 is cut and removed to obtain a table top.

As described above, this invention includes a thermosetting surface resin layer 2 which is simultaneously molded and integrated with at least the side surface of the substrate 1 by heat pressure on the surface of the substrate 1 during molding, and this resin layer 2.
Since it consists of a pattern surface 22 contained within itself,
The conventional concept of manufacturing the decorative member corresponding to the resin layer 2 separately from the substrate and pasting it together has been significantly modified, and the resin layer 2 can be formed on multiple sides of the substrate 1 other than the top surface by one-step molding.
Not only is it extremely advantageous in terms of the manufacturing cycle since it is possible to simultaneously enclose it simultaneously, but also it is advantageous in terms of heat resistance and water resistance since no gaps are created at the bending part, and it also eliminates the need for frame members, etc. It can be manufactured easily, the substrate 1 and the resin layer 2 can be bonded with affinity by the thermosetting resin, and there is no delamination, and since the substrate 1 is an inorganic plate, the cost is low and it has an excellent smooth surface. It has effective properties such as being heat resistant.
