Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A center conductor and a capacitor core arranged around it are housed in a cylindrical metal fitting, an upper insulator pipe and a lower structure pipe arranged above and below the metal fitting, and the area around the capacitor core has elasticity and oil resistance.
