Claims (1)
される周囲電極とが一体に構成−されたキャップと、機
関の駆動軸により駆動される回転軸に装着されたロータ
と、このロータに一体に固定され、上記周囲電極に接続
可能な配電電極と、この配電電極に固定された導電性ス
プリングと、上記中心電極に回動自在に嵌合され、かつ
上記導電性スプリングによって軸方向に圧接されたコン
タクタカーボンとを備え、上記中心電極には上記コンタ
クタカーホンの抜は止め部を形成したことを特徴とする
