し、さらにチルチング下ツクＣの右端にウェイト２２と
ロール２３を付着して右下り状態となし、一方、戻り側
においては、ウェイト２２の作用でチルチング下ツクＡ
ｔま右上り、チルチングドツクＢは右下り、さらにチル
チングドツクＣは支えピン２５によって水平状態となら
しめて、台車１゛を運搬・停止・貯蔵及び旋回可能に構
