Claims (1)
電性薄膜２を等間隔に配列形成し、該薄膜の両端部を除
き該薄膜上に第１の絶縁薄膜３を設は該第１の絶縁薄膜
上に前記第１の導電性薄膜２の配列方向と直交して磁性
薄膜４を形成するとともに、該磁性材薄膜４上に第２の
絶縁薄膜５を前記第１の絶縁薄膜４位置に重層し、該第
２の絶縁薄膜５上にて前記相隣接する第１導電性薄膜２
の反対側端をそれぞれ接続し該第１の導電性薄膜２とと
もにコイル状を形成する第２の導電性薄膜６を設けたこ
