Claims (1)
- 半導体を使用した電力増幅器等の温度の変化を感知する
温度感知素子と、前見温鹸惑知素字出力゛によってパル
スの発生を制御されるトリガパルス発生器と、前記トリ
ガパルス発生器出力によって制御される交流スイッチと
、前記交流スイッチに直列接続された、２つの抵抗と、
前記交流スイッチと前記２つの抵抗のうちの１つとから
なる直列回路に並列に接続され、回転数が電圧に依存す
る冷却ファンモータとを含み、前記電力増幅器等の上昇
、下降により前記交流スイッチをオンオフさせ、前記冷
却用ファンモータの風量を変化させることにより、前記
電力増幅器等の温度を一定に保つように構成したことを
特徴とする温度制御回路。
