DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced cement decorative molded product, in which a blinding body 3 is attached to a protrusion 2 for forming joints protruding in a formwork 1 having an open top. A glass fiber-reinforced cement characterized in that the colored cement slurry 4 is spread within the formwork 1 after installation, and then the blinder 3 is removed and the glass fiber-reinforced cement slurry 5 is spread on the top surface of the colored cement slurry 4. This relates to the manufacturing method of cosmetic molded products.

Traditionally, to form a pattern of tiles, real tiles were laid one by one on top of the underlying mortar, and then the spaces between the tiles were filled with white joints. Panel-shaped tiles are made by integrating several tiles, which requires a lot of time and effort to install by arranging the tiles on top of the mortar and filling the spaces between the tiles with joint material. Patterned items were desired.

In addition, cracks occur between the joint material itself and between the joint material and each tile, resulting in an unsatisfactory appearance and problems with waterproof performance.

Another construction method is to place real tiles one by one in a predetermined formwork, and then form a layer of white cement or ordinary Portland cement as the backing material.
One construction method involves removing the cement from the formwork after it has hardened to obtain a large panel made up of multiple tiles, and then installing this large panel on top of the mortar that has been laid down.

However, with this method, a panel-like molded body is obtained by integrating multiple tiles with a cement backing material, and then this is constructed on mortar, which eliminates the problem of time-consuming construction. However, because the tiles and the cement backing material are not of the same quality, the integrated panel-shaped molded body warps, making it difficult to install properly.

The present invention is intended to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its first purpose is to form tiles by sequentially distributing colored cement slurry and glass fiber-reinforced cement slurry within a formwork having protrusions for forming joints. The second objective is to provide a manufacturing method for a glass fiber reinforced cement decorative molded product that can produce a tile-like panel in which the colored layer and the base material layer are all made of cement. To provide a manufacturing method for a glass fiber-reinforced cement decorative molded product that has good workability, is much cheaper than real tiles, and can reduce the weight of the panel.

The formwork 1 has a substantially rectangular shape and is concavely bent into a substantially rectangular shape except for the periphery, and a lattice-shaped protrusion 2 for forming a white background is protruded from a concave portion 6 which is open at the top. The recess 6 has an inverse shape to the surface shape of the panel covered with tiles.

Therefore, when producing a glass fiber reinforced cement cosmetic molded product, a net-like blinder 3 is installed on the protrusion 2 of the formwork 1 as shown in Fig. 1a, and between the colored layers of the cosmetic molded product is After covering the protrusions 2 corresponding to the joints, a colored cement slurry 4 mainly composed of cement and pigment was spread inside the formwork 1, and a large number of rectangular shapes separated by the protrusions 2 were formed in the recesses 6. A layer of colored cement slurry 4 is formed.

Next, after removing the blind body 3 from above the protrusion 2, a glass fiber reinforced cement (hereinafter referred to as GRC) slurry 5, which mainly consists of cement and glass fibers, is molded onto the colored cement slurry 4 as shown in Figure 1. A layer of the GRC slurry 5 is formed on the colored cement slurry 4 by spreading it over the entire surface of the frame 1.

Next, after curing and hardening the formwork 1, colored cement slurry 4, and GRC slurry 5 as one body, the hardened cement molded body is released from the formwork 1 as shown in FIG. 2, and the base material layer 8
is made of GRC, and a large number of tile-shaped colored layers T are made of colored cement to obtain a patterned decorative tile-like panel 9 in which a plurality of tiles made of colored cement are arranged.

The material of the formwork 1 used to manufacture the decorative tile-like panel 9 is not limited at all, and any material may be used as long as it does not lose its shape when a cement cured product is formed, such as synthetic resin, iron plate type, aluminum type, etc.

It may be a thin rubber shift or the like, and the key is to cover the protrusions 2 so that the colored cement slurry 4 does not adhere to the upper part of the protrusions 2, and then cover the colored layer 7 and the base material of the finished decorative tile-like panel 9. It is sufficient if the joint portions 10 can be formed so that the color separation of the layers 8 is clear.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, it is possible to manufacture a tile-shaped panel in which the colored layer and the base material layer are all made of cement, and furthermore, the colored layer and the base material layer are color-coded. The joints can be formed clearly, and since the colored layer and the base material layer are both made of the same material, cement, there is no warping or cracking, making it easier to install, and it is also easier to install than using real tiles. This can be done at a much lower cost and the weight of the panel can be reduced.
