挿置せしめ、先端に下流側先端部を球面形状とした弁体
を形成して該弁体の球面状先端部を前記ダイアフラムを
若干ｉわませる状態でダイアプラムに着座して前記ノズ
ル孔を閉塞すべくしたニードル弁とより成り、前記案内
筒の隔壁部材の外周面には前記貫通孔の軸に垂直な面に
対し 。 ′１０度以上の鋭角の傾斜角を有する溝を刻設して前記
圧力室と渦流室とを連通せしめる案内通路を前記筐体の
内壁に沿って形成せしめ、前記圧力室を液体供給源より
