Generally, the purpose of shearing is to trim the surface fluff of a fabric to a uniform length, to make the fabric's background pattern clearer, or to give it a subdued luster. However, it has been widely known to create a pattern by not cutting the surface fuzz uniformly but unevenly. The conventional method is to create unevenness in the working width direction on the bed of the shearing machine, and use the unevenness to vary the approach distance with the cutter, or to continuously remove the surface fuzz of the fabric while rotating the bed. A method that creates a partially continuous pattern by cutting the hair and creating a sheared part and an unshorn part by the difference in the approach distance between the bed and the cutter (Special Publication No. 50-2

However, with this method, if you want to change the pattern, it is necessary to change the bed each time, resulting in extremely low productivity, and in order to produce several types of patterns, it is necessary to prepare the number of beds according to the type. Banarasu had the disadvantage that the life cycle of the bed was short due to changes in pattern trends. In addition, the patterns created by this method are often monotonous in the warp or diagonal direction of the fabric, and if you want to create a pattern in the warp or warp direction, you will have to prepare several sets of beds, and the mechanism and operation will be complicated. It had the disadvantage of complicating things.

The present invention aims to eliminate these drawbacks and to provide a design pruning method that can create a wide variety of patterns on a single bed without having to prepare several types of beds.

By periodically approaching the cutting point between the cutter and the underknife, which are individually moved up and down and rotated, a pattern is created by forming sheared portions and unsheared portions on the surface of the fabric.

Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. 1st
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a spiral cutter that rotates in the direction of the arrow around a shaft 2, and has a large number of blades 3 attached at equal intervals around the spiral cutter. An underknife 4 is provided below the spiral cutter 1, facing the blade 3 of the cutter 1. A fixed bed 5 and a movable bed 6 are provided below the cutting point between the blade 3 and the knife 4. The bottom surface of this fixed bed (3) 5 is fixed to the frame 7, and its vertical surface is in contact with the vertical surface of the movable bed 6. The ends of the beds 5 and 6 each have an acute angle cross section and are arranged near the cutting point between the blade 3 and the knife 4.

A convex portion 6a is provided on the vertical surface of the movable bed 6,
The groove 5a of the fixed bed 5 is [slidably fitted]. This movable bed 6 slides into the groove 5a of the identification bed 5, and when positioned on either side, desired shearing is performed. Further, one end of a rod 8 is fixedly or mutually rotatably connected to the bottom of the movable bed 6 via a bolt 9 or a pin. Further, a lever 10 is rotatably mounted on the frame 7, and one end of the lever 10 is rotatably connected to the other end of the rod 8. Further, the other end of the lever IO contacts the cam 11. A roller 13 is attached to one end of the shaft 12 of this cam 11, and this roller 13 is driven by a belt 14 by a drive device (not shown).

The feature of the present invention is that, as shown in FIG. 2, the movable bed 6 is a small bed with a narrow working width, and a large number of movable beds 6 are arranged so as to face the spiral cutter 1 (4). As shown in FIG. 3, a number of shunting cams 11 corresponding to the number of movable beds 6 are fixed to a shaft 12, and this shaft 12 is supported on the frame 7 in a detachable manner. In this example, the movable beds 6 are arranged on a shaft 12 with cams 11 formed so as to cooperate with every other movable bed.

With this configuration, if the raised fabric 15 is run on the fixed bed 5 and the movable bed 6, and the spiral cutter 1 and the rollers 13 are rotated by a drive device (not shown), each movable bed 6 can be moved in a corresponding manner. According to the shape of the cam 11, it moves up and down via the lever 10 and the rod 8. As a result, when the movable bed 6 is located above, the fabric 150 and the fluff 16 are trimmed, and when the movable bed 6 is located below, the fabric 15 is trimmed.
The zero surface is separated from the cutting point between the blade 3 and the knife 4, and the fuzz 16 remains without being trimmed, creating a warp pattern pattern.

If the roller 13 is rotated at a high speed, a short pattern in the warp direction is created, and if it is rotated at a low speed, a long pattern in the warp direction is created. Furthermore, instead of changing the rotational speed of the roller 13, the pattern can be changed in the same way by changing the running speed of the fabric 15.

In the above example, the shape and arrangement of the cam 11 are selected so that every other movable bed 6 moves together, but the cam 11 is selected so that each movable bed 6 is displaced individually with a time difference. By selecting the shape and arrangement, it is possible to create curved pattern patterns, not limited to the connected and latitudinal patterns.

To make this pattern, the shaft 12 is removed from the frame 7, the cams 11 of the desired shape are arranged at the desired position, and the diameter of the roller 13 is selected to match the desired pattern size.

Furthermore, in the above example, the movable bed is moved up and down by a cam. By circulating the belt and moving the movable bed up and down, it is also possible to create a pattern similar to a woven pattern.

(1) The bed is displaced so that the tip of the bed periodically approaches the cutting point between the rotating cutter and the underlay 7 provided opposite to the cutter, and the nap is placed on the tip of the bed. In the design shearing method, a fabric or a napped fabric is passed through, and when the tip of the bed approaches the vicinity of the cutting point, the fluff of the fabric is sheared to create a pattern pattern on the fabric depending on the length of the fluff. A design shearing method characterized in that the bed is divided into a number of small beds in the working width direction, and each of these small beds independently performs the above displacement operation.
