Claims

In a device in which a hanger is equipped with two pairs of left and right tongs rotatably, and a load is sandwiched between punches attached to both tongs, the horizontal punch is inserted into a sleeve so as to be rotatable, and the sleeve can be rotated up and down onto the tongs.
