Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve handling properties remarkably by a method wherein an outdoor unit is permitted to be driven by closing switches provided in a plurarity of fan coils respectively arranged inside of a room. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fan coils 3, arranged inside of the room, are connected to A.C. electric source lead wires 1, 2 in parallel respectively while a synchronizing circuit 8 is provided on an indoor control panel 7 and, further, the fan coils 3 are connected so as to be driven by the outdoor unit 11 having a refrigerant medium compressor. Each fan coils 3 are provided with the switches in series and a current detector 6 is provided in the circuit 8 so as to detect the current of the electric source lead wires 5 for the fan coils branched from the A.C. electric source lead wires 1, 2. Further, a relay 9, provided in the circuit 8, controls the opening and closing of the switch 10 provided in the electric source lead wire 14 for the outdoor unit, which are branched from the electric source lead wires 1, 2 by detecting the current of the electric source lead wires 5 through the detector 6.
