たスプレーヘッドと、このスプレーヘッドをダイカスト
マシンの開放金型間に進退作動させる流体圧シリンダー
と、この流体圧シリンダーのピストン杆と共動してスプ
レーヘッドの移動をガイドし且つ振止めする２本の移動
案内杆とを具備したスプレー装置において、上記スプレ
ーヘッドを、離型剤の送液通路孔とエアの送気通路孔を
形成したヘッド本体に、前記離型剤送液通路孔およびエ
ア送気通路孔の各分配出口孔と通路連通させて複数個の
スプレーガンを直接固定した構成とし、また前記２本の
移動案内杆をヘッド本体の離型剤送液通路孔とエア送気
通路孔に離型剤とエアを供給する中心孔をもったパイプ
で構成してなるダイカストやシンにおける金型への離型
