However, in the conventional spreader, the M-reverse shaft main body is placed on a horizontally installed horizontally long workbench so that it can move freely in the longitudinal direction of the workbench. A long cloth wound around the cloth is rotatably suspended, and this cloth is arranged at the front end of the cloth spreading machine body at a predetermined interval in the direction of the running force, and is rotationally driven by a single-motion Tanabata. The fabric is pulled out by a feeding roll, and the fabric is fed onto the workbench. Therefore, tension is applied to the rewound fabric between the roll-shaped fabric and the above-mentioned feeding roll, and when the fabric is thin, Fi, vertical cracks occur in the fabric, and the % elasticity of the fabric increases. There is a problem in that it expands and contracts, making it difficult to feed out smoothly. Furthermore, if the fabric is thick, such as jeans or synthetic leather, and the roll diameter of the fabric is large, it will take a relatively large amount of force to start unwinding, so Slips are likely to occur during this period, so it is important to keep the amount of feed out per time constant or the inner width.

In addition, in this bale rolling machine, it is necessary to pull out the end of the logo-shaped cloth of material l using the support 81 and attach it to the feeding roll before one operation, and also to remove the rolled cloth from the main body of the spreading machine. Is it necessary to remove the lead-out end of one piece of fabric from the payout roll T and wind it all up on the supporting part J:AI? Conventional machines rely on humans to do this kind of work. Therefore, it had the disadvantage of being inefficient.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a horizontally long flat workbench, and this workbench 1 is supported by a number of support legs 2 in a horizontal state. A catcher 3 is provided on the opposite side of the longitudinal end of the workbench 1. On the other hand, a spreading machine main body 4 is mounted on the workbench 1 so as to run in the longitudinal direction of the workbench 1 by means of running wheels 5 mounted on the main body 4, and a motor built in the spreader main body 4 is installed. The traveling wheels 5 are driven by M1,
This spread-like main body 4 is driven forward and backward by L/lt toward the catcher 3. A supporting stand 6 which can be horizontally rotated is mounted on the main body 4 of the spreading machine, and the upper surface of this supporting stand 6 has a downward slope in the running direction of the main body 4 of the spreading machine. A supporting shaft 8 of the long fabric 7 wound into a roll on this tapered edge (2) 6a is mounted via a suitable bearing material (not shown), and the long fabric 7 is fed out one time ζ. Accordingly, the support shaft 8 becomes tapered edge surface 6a due to its own weight! , is supposed to move. Then, the tapered edge surfaces 6a [next to each other, unraveling rolls 9 having anti-slip layers such as urethane rubber or felt are supported on the support base 6, and a motor M to be described later is used.

Further, below the unraveling roll 9, an unraveling auxiliary roll 10 having a smaller diameter is set as a shaft as described later, and the long fabric 7 that is sequentially unraveled by the unraveling roll 9 is handled by the unraveling auxiliary roll 10.
Once K is guided through contact, it is sent downward. Below the support stand 6, a belt conveyor 11 is mounted horizontally on the main body 4 of the spreading machine and is driven to rotate in the running direction of the main body. A feed-out roll 13 having a non-slip layer adjacent thereto at the end in the running direction of 11.
is rotatably supported by the spreader main body 4 and rotationally driven by a motor M3, and is connected to the feed roll 13 and the belt conveyor 1.
The belt conveyor 11 and the belt conveyor 11 are connected to each other by a transmission means 14 such as a chino, so that the belt conveyor 11 rotates in synchronization with the delivery roll 13. In this case, as another embodiment, as shown in FIG. The h-out roll 13 and the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 are interlocked and connected by a transmission means 14' such as a chino, and the interlocking state is maintained by a cutting means 16 such as an electromagnetic clutch, and the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 becomes independent. Therefore, the long fabric 7 unraveled by the unraveling roll 9 is sent onto the belt conveyor 11, and the long fabric 7 is unraveled by the belt conveyor 11.
is passed through the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 as appropriate to the delivery roll 1.
3, and the C long fabric 7 is fed out sequentially onto the workbench 1 via the feeding roll 13.
In FIG. 2, the upper portion 16 in FIG. 1 is adjusted by a servo mechanism (not shown) in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the spreader main body 4.

Another feature of the present invention is that the arm 30 is provided with a long hole 36 in its longitudinal direction, and the unraveling auxiliary roll 1 is inserted into the long hole 36 in the longitudinal direction.
By penetratingly supporting the support shaft 31 of No. 0 and moving the auxiliary roller 10 along the elongated hole 36, the auxiliary roller 10 comes into contact with the unraveling roll 9, so that the auxiliary unraveling roller 10 moves in the direction opposite to the direction of the rotating horn of the unraveling roll 9. 10 can be rotated. For example, the unwinding roll 9 rotates in the direction of winding the long fabric 7 into a roll, and the unraveling roll 9 contacts the roll 9 and rotates in the opposite direction. A slight tensile force (tension) is applied to the fabric 7 using the resistance of the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 that comes into contact with both rolls and tries to pull the fabric 7 in opposite directions.
This is to multiply.

According to the present invention, the roll-shaped long fabric 7 mounted on the support stand 6 is not directly delivered to the workbench 1 by the delivery roll 13, but the unraveling roll 9 and a belt conveyor 11 are interposed, so that when the position of the edge of the fabric 7 is detected and the fabric 7 is moved and adjusted in its width direction, it passes through the fabric roll 9 and the belt conveyor 11. The fabric 7 can be fed out while adjusting the width direction C], and can be fed out sequentially from the feeding roll 13 to the workbench 1 with the edges aligned, and the unraveling roll 9. Belt conveyor ll o U h Out L o
- Since the fabric 7 is sent out by the synchronized drive of the three members of the handle 13, no tension is applied to the fabric 7 during transport, and therefore, even relatively thin fabrics will not wrinkle vertically or stretch. It can be rolled out smoothly. Also, for the same reason, even when using thick fabrics such as jeans or synthetic leather with a large roll diameter,
No slipping occurs between this fabric and the paper feeder's feeding means, and the fabric can be fed out at a predetermined feeding speed from the beginning to the end of one rewinding process, thereby ensuring accurate spreading. At this time, an auxiliary device is provided between the belt conveyor 11 and the feed roll 13, which is interlocked and connected to the feed roll 13 so as to drive in synchronization with the feed roll 13, and which is switchable so as to freely rotate independently of the feed roll 13. By appropriately interposing the belt conveyor 12, the cloth 7 is normally fed out so that no tension is applied to it as described above, and at the same time, the cloth 7 is fed with a slight tensile force, such as a hard synthetic leather cloth with a slight curl. If you want to remove horizontal wrinkles by applying &:H,! The output roll 13 and the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 are cut off from each other, and the auxiliary belt conveyor 12
By setting the play to 1, the cloth 7 moving on the belt conveyor is sent out with slight tension by the feed roll 13, thereby making it possible to remove horizontal wrinkles and the like on the cloth 11.

Additionally, a spreading machine number 4 on which the roll-shaped long fabric 7 is mounted
By forming the -E surface of the tapered edge surface 6a with a downward slope toward the unraveling roll 9, the rolled long fabric 7 always contacts the unraveling roll 9 with its own weight;1. For this reason, the roll-shaped long fabric 7 also rotates in synchrony with the unraveling roll 9, and the unraveling process is carried out more smoothly. When mounting the fabric 7, it is necessary to simply place the fabric 7 on the tapered edge i6a, so the mounting process is easy, and by using an appropriate transfer machine, it is possible to automatically mount the fabric 7. be.

The long fabric 7 must be accurately wound into a roll without wrinkles. In contrast, in the present invention, the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 can freely approach and separate from the unraveling roll 9. Since the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 is manually operated and brought into contact with the unraveling roll 9, the unraveling roll 9 rotates in one winding direction and the unraveling roll 9 rotates in the winding direction. The unraveling auxiliary roll 10 rotates in the direction
During this time, a slight tensile force is applied to the cloth 7, which eliminates the wrinkles that occur in the cloth 7, and allows it to be rewound accurately and neatly into a roll on the support stand 60, and the work is completed. When removing the roll-shaped long cloth support from the machine 6, it can be left in its original, correctly wound state (it can be removed).
