Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A cooking machine main body having a substantially cylindrical surface with an input port formed on the proximal end, a juice outflow opening with a filter on the bottom surface, and a waste discharge port on the distal end; a spiral rotary body that is rotatably mounted on a shaft and that cuts and compresses the material to be cooked that is input from the input port, transfers it to the tip side, causes the juice to flow out from the juice outlet opening, and discharges the dregs from the dregs discharge port; 1. A scum discharge speed adjusting body which is detachably attached to the dregs discharge port and is energized in a direction to close the dregs discharge port, and (1) an operating body which rotates this adjustment body to adjust the scum discharge speed. In the cooking machine equipped with the above-mentioned cooking machine, a dregs discharge cylinder part is formed on the outer surface of the main body surrounding the scum discharge port of the main body and has an opening at the tip through which the adjustment body can be inserted and removed, and a top plate of this dregs discharge cylinder part is formed. A dregs discharging device for a cooking machine, characterized in that the lower end of the shaft rod is rotatably engaged with the shaft support hole to rotatably support the adjusting body.
