グ構成体を、前記コイルを巻付けるためのセラミック製
ボビンと、前記コイルを被うためのセラミックス製カバ
ースリーブより構成し、このセラミックス製ボビンの外
周に前記セラミックス製カバースリーブを装嵌して前記
