Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a thin and small container which can store easily thin and flat objects, by providing a container base part formed by giving a storing depressed part to the container and a top surface part of the container which is fixed on the container base part. CONSTITUTION:When a compact disk 4 is stored into a container 1, a cover part 7 is pushed down and opened. Then the disk 4 is loaded into the direction of an arrow (a). As a result, the disk 4 is led to a storing depressed part 5 at the side of a fixed part 9 to be held there. Then the cover 7 is held upward to have a bite between a tapered surface 16 of a projected bar 17 and a tapered surface 18 of a cut part 19. Thus the cover 7 is hooked to a top surface part 3 and closed completely. The disk 4 is taken out of the container 1 by opening the cover 7 and then pulling out the disk 4 toward an arrow (b).

Container base 2. For example, synthetic resin, metal, etc. can be used as the material of the container top part 3, and the base part 2. The top surface portion 3 may be formed of a transparent material, a translucent material, or an opaque material, but the top surface portion 3 may be formed of a compact disc 4 inside.
It is preferable to use a transparent material so that the material can be seen through. As the transparent material, for example, acrylic resin, styrene resin, etc. can be used, and as the translucent material and opaque material, for example, polyglopylene resin, polyethylene resin, etc. can be used.

In FIG. 2, by pasting synthetic paper with excellent hinge properties on the back surface of the base 2, the hinge portion 6 can be reinforced and a visual communication function can be provided on the premise of printing. The position of the hinge portion 6 is not limited to the center line position of the storage recess 5. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the center line position m may also be a position displaced to the left (A in the figure) or, conversely, a position displaced to the right (B in the figure). Line position 1
[Indicated in the figure by a dotted chain line] In the case where the storage recess 5 is formed in a circular shape as shown in FIG. Because of the small size, it becomes impossible to insert the disk 4 into the recess 5 (if the sizes of the disk and the storage recess are approximately the same). Therefore, in this case, the shape of the recess 5 in the part located on the left side of the center line position m of the recess 5) is formed in a semicircular shape, and the shape of the recess 5 in the part located on the right side is formed in the center line width (circular It is formed into a rectangular shape with the same width as the diameter of the In the figure, p indicates the contour line of the recess 5. The hinge portion 6 is not limited to being provided parallel to the vertical side 23 of the base portion 2, but may be provided diagonally (as shown in FIG. It may also be inserted and removed (D in the same figure). In these cases, if the width of the recess 5 at the position of the hinge 6 is smaller than the width of the center line of the recess 5 when the recess 5 is formed into a circular shape, as shown in FIGS. Instead of forming the recess 5 in a circular shape, it is formed into a shape consisting of a substantially semicircular portion 5a and a straight portion 5b having the same width as the center line width of the recess 5. Even when the teeth and hinge portion 6 are provided at the center line position of the recess 5, the recess 5 may be formed in the shape of the recess 5 as shown in FIG. B (FIG. E).

When transparent synthetic resin is used as the material for the top surface portion 3, lens processing such as 7-lens lens processing, convex lens processing (FIG. 9), concave lens processing, etc. can be applied to all or part of the top surface portion. In this case, when the internal disk 4 is seen through from the outside by utilizing the refraction of light, a special way of viewing becomes possible, such as being able to enlarge the disk.

The horizontal side 26 of the lid portion 2 may be cut diagonally to form a tapered surface having an arbitrary taper angle α as shown in FIG. When constructed in this way, the lid part 7 functions as a screen support part in its open state as shown in FIG. 11, and the container 1 can be stood up against it. If it is placed upright in a store, for example, it can have a display effect and a pop-up effect, which has the advantage of contributing to advertising.

The depth of the storage recess can be arbitrary, and the space between the lower surface of the top surface of the container and the storage recess can be configured as a space having a vertical height approximately equal to the thickness of the stored article. In this case, it is possible to prevent the stored items from wobbling and playing.

In addition, since a lid that can be opened and closed is provided at the base of the container instead of on the top of the container, when the lid is opened, stored items can be easily taken out and put in by simply sliding them horizontally. If it is provided on the top of the container, it becomes difficult to put in and take out the stored items because the items come into contact with the groove walls of the storage recess at the base of the container. Since a storage recess is provided at the base of the container and the recess is not provided at the top of the container, the bottom surface of the top can be a smooth surface, so that the stored items can be kept in contact with the bottom of the top. It has the effect of being easy to slide in and out.
