値をそれぞれ保持する最大値保持回路と、両保持回路の
出力を加算する加算器よりなり、前記磁性材料に生じる
磁気歪の振幅のピーク値からピーク値までを測定する測
定回路。 (ロ)前記磁束密度の瞬時値検出回路で検出される磁性
材料の磁束密度が零および最大のときの前記変位検出回
