[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a tube that can prevent the backflow of discharged material and air, and more specifically, a flange-shaped pedestal is provided protruding from the inner wall surface of the spout of a plastic tube, and a flange-like pedestal is provided on the pedestal. A seal that is not joined to the pedestal and has a through hole in its center is placed, and the tips of several bridges connected to the inner wall surface of the shoulder of the tube are fitted and engaged with the through holes of the seal. The present invention relates to a tube characterized by the following structure.

Plastic tubes have creep characteristics, so when they are used, they are compressed and deformed and immediately return to their original shape. Therefore, when the tube is restored, the residue discharged from the tube may flow back into the tube. Alternatively, there is a drawback that outside air is sucked into the tube and the contents stored in the tube are oxidized or deteriorated by bacteria.

Next, reference numeral 6 denotes several bridges integrally protruding from the inner wall surface of the shoulder opening of the tube 2, the tip of which is fitted into the through hole 5 of the seal 4 and protrudes along the upper and lower surfaces of the seal 4. The two are completely and integrally connected by the projection T.

In the above embodiment, FIG. 1 shows an example in which the seal 4 is made up of a single layer of film, and FIG. 2 shows an example in which the seal 4 is made up of two layers of film. It is possible to change the number of laminated sheets depending on the viscosity of the contents, or to freely change the material, hardness, wall thickness, etc.

In manufacturing the tube according to the present invention, the bridge 6 is attached to the seal 4 inserted into the mold at the same time by using the method already patented by the applicant in Japanese Patent Application No. 54-75615. It is possible to integrally and simultaneously mold the spout 1 of the tube.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, when the seal 4 is made of two layers and the upper layer film is made of the same material as the spout 1, this upper layer film and the bridge 6 can be integrally heat-welded. , it is therefore possible to completely connect the seal 4 and the bridge 6.

In the present invention, a seal having a through hole in the center is placed on the pedestal of the spout, and the tip of the bridge extending from the inner wall surface of the tube shoulder is inserted into the hole of this seal to integrate the seal and the bridge. When dispensing the product stored in the tube, the seal is raised by the internal pressure when the tube is pressed, and the product can be dispensed from between the pedestal and the seal. Furthermore, when the pressure on the tube is stopped, the seal immediately descends by the action of the bridge connected to it, closing the base and completely preventing outside air or discharged residue from flowing back into the tube, and in the case of the present application. Since the seal is held by a bridge extending from the shoulder, there is a spring force that always returns it to its original position, unlike the conventional case where the seal was fixed and held at one point, opening and closing is extremely smooth and the seal Since the whole unit moves evenly, there is no risk of malfunction.Furthermore, in this invention, the stored product flows out evenly along the entire outer periphery of the seal, so the stored product does not scatter during dispensing and is smooth. It is characterized by the fact that it can be poured into a large amount of water, and the seal can also be manufactured by integrally connecting the spout when molding the spout.
