Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 一般的に電動鉋は、鉋胴に調整ボルト等により固定され
る銘刀の定盤面からの刃先露出量を調整する際、鉋胴を
所定位置まで回転するのに回転用ツマミを鉋胴に設けて
、鉋胴の軸受部等から外方へ突出して成るが、当該ツマ
ミは鉋胴と一体に回転するため、安全対策上通常はこれ
を安全カバーで覆い、上記刃先調整時は取外して鉋胴を
回転操作できるようにしであるが、従来の上述安全カバ
ーによると、カバ一体を蝶番にて軸受部等に開閉自在に
取付けてなるものであるから、取付は作業が面倒である
ばかりか、コスト高となるものであった。

部9a・・・・・・と、軸受部5′の表面5a′間に係
合片13.13をスライド可能に挟入してカバ一体10
を脱着自在に装着するよう構成したものである。

るだけで簡単かつ、容易に取付は又は取外しできるから
ツマミ7を把持して鉋胴1を回転する際カバーが邪魔に
ならないから操作しやすいものであり、又カバ一体10
は上述のように簡単に取付は得ながら、軸受部表面5a
′とボルト頭部9a・・・・・・間に挟入保持されるの
で、ロック部材や止具等の必要もなく緊密に取付けがで
きて回転時にガタを生じたり、離脱することはなく、又
仮りにガタを生じた場合はボルト9・・・・・・をねじ
込みして、当該ボルト頭部9a・・・・・・と軸受部表
面5a′との間隔を狭くするだけで容易にガタ発生を妨
止することができるものであり、更に構造簡単であるか
ら安価に製作できる等の実用的効果がある。
