Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A receiving portion formed by a penetrating or non-penetrating hole is provided on either one of the beak of the lower mouth with an open upper part and the lid member that closes at least the upper opening of the beak. The shaft part of the flap that opens and closes the spout of the liquid content is fitted and held only by the part, and the flap is pivotally mounted so as to be freely rotatable.
The thermos flask is characterized in that the lid member is force-fitted onto the beak regardless of whether the flap is attached.

(2) The periphery of the receiving part or the two wraps are made elastically deformable, and utilizing this elasticity, the shaft part of the flap is elastically fitted and pivoted to the receiving part.
