Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve accuracy in the title detection, by attaching permanent magnets at the tips of vanes which are rotated by a force of fluid flowing in a pipe, associatively moving metallic balls provided in an enclosing part which can be moved in the circumferential direction along the outer surface, and observing the movement from the outside. CONSTITUTION:By the point contact of the concave part at the central part of a support 3 and the tip of the shaft 2, the rotary vanes 1 and the shaft 2 can be freely rotated by the force of the flow of the fluid. Several liquid passing holes 3a are provided at the positions deviated from the center in the support 3, so that the liquid can flow in the pipe 4 and the rotary vanes are efficiently rotated. The permanent magnets 5 are attached to the rotary vanes by a fixing means such as a bonding agent, screws, or the like. The enclosing part 7, which contains the metallic balls 6 that are associatively moved with the magnetic force of the permanent magnets 5, is formed on the outer surface of the pipe 4 in correspondence with the magnets by a transparent resin material.

However, this method of using glass is difficult because glass is weak against impact and easily breaks due to thermal or mechanical force, and if it breaks, the fluid inside will leak to the outside, resulting in a serious accident. , countermeasures have been desired for a long time.

The present invention has been devised to meet such demands and to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional means. The present invention utilizes the mutual attraction between a permanent magnet and a metal ball to connect the inside of the pipe from the outside without using glass. Its purpose is to detect the flow.

That is, the feature of the present invention is that a blade that rotates by the force of the fluid flowing inside the pipe is provided in the pipe, a permanent magnet is attached to the tip of the blade, and a permanent magnet is attached to the tip of the blade, and the blade is rotated along the outer periphery of the rotary blade portion of the pipe. A liquid flow system is constructed in which a surrounding part is provided in which metal balls can move in the circumferential direction, and the metal balls on the outer periphery of the pipe are interlocked by the force of a permanent magnet, so that it is possible to visually detect that fluid is flowing from the outside into the pipe. It is a detector.

Here, the metal ball interlocked with the permanent magnet may be a magnetic body, and the number thereof is not limited to one, but may be plural. In particular, if the bulb is colored on the outside, the layer can be easily detected, which is particularly suitable. Especially in relation to the permanent magnet inside the pipe and the magnetic material of the metal ball, if the pipe itself is made of a non-magnetic material, the metal ball can move more easily and be more effective.

In addition, it is important that the surrounding area around the outer periphery of the pipe is usually visible from the outside, and is made of a transparent synthetic resin material to prevent the internal metal balls from protruding from the passage and to allow smooth circumferential movement. It is designed to be fixed to the outer periphery of the pipe by known means such as welding.

However, this surrounding part does not need to be one passage communicating with the outer periphery of the pipe, and can be made into one or more divided passages as long as the movement of the metal ball is possible.

When the above-described detector of the present invention is installed in the middle of a piping system for flammable liquid, the liquid flowing in the piping passes through the liquid passage hole (3a) of the support (3) to the piping pipe (4). As it passes, rotation is applied to the rotating blade (1), and at the same time, the permanent magnet (5) attached to the tip thereof is rotated.

As described above, the present invention attaches a permanent magnet to the tip of the blade that rotates by the force of the fluid flowing inside the pipe, and on the other hand, a metal ball that moves in correspondence with the permanent magnet is housed in the outer periphery of the pipe from the surrounding part. Because it detects the flow of fluid from the outside by visually observing the gold ball through the magnetic effect of the metal, there is no need to use glass as with conventional detection methods
Therefore, there is no need to worry about accidents caused by glass breakage, and the leakage of flammable liquids can be completely prevented, increasing safety. Also, since the permanent magnet and the magnetic sphere work together, it is easy to see. It also operates reliably and has good accuracy.
Moreover, since the metal sphere is housed in the surrounding part, it is easy to work with and can be easily installed in various conventional piping systems, ensuring safe operation. This detection device is expected to be extremely useful.
