Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a fastening work securely and easily by inserting a washer with a rise section between a link member and a self-locking nut to screw so that a sufficient axial direction load is applied to a ball stud by means of the rise section. CONSTITUTION:A ball stud 2 is taper coupled with a ling member 1, and a washer 4 is inserted between a self-locking nut 3 for fastening and the link member 1. This washer 4 is provided with a rise section 4'' notched on the periphery of a base plate 4'. As the nut 3 is fastened the rise section 4'' is compressed, and a sufficient axial direction load is applied to the ball stud 2 by means of its reaction force, then before the self-locking member 5 of the nut 3 is screwed, the taper coupling section of the taper hole 6 is pressed and coupled, and when the member 5 is screwed, the ball stud 2 is pressed and locked to the link member 1 by surpassing the friction, thus the slip is prevented. 前記テーパ嵌合部を圧膜着させてナラFの戻り止め作用
部螺合時にポールスタッドの空転を防止し、該戻り止め
ナツトの蝶合に応じ該ワッシャの立上り部を圧潰し締結
