御される第１の恒温槽と、該第１恒温槽の近くに分離し
て設けられると共に周囲温度よりも高い所定温度に保た
れて前記熱電対の冷接点となる第２の恒温槽とを具備し
、前記第２恒温槽内を前記所定温度に保つ電気ヒータと
して正特性サーミスタが用いられていることを特徴とす
