ある。図中、１はコネクタ部、２は導波管、３は変換部、４は
プレート、５は水平棒、６はショート棒、７はショート
棒のネジ溝、８はナツト、９はナツトのネジ溝、１０は
導波管のネジ溝、１１は水平棒のネジ溝である。なお、
図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示し
